OPERATING RULES

  • Every visitor is required to familiarize themselves with these operating rules upon entering the premises.
  • By entering the premises, the visitor agrees to and follows the provisions of the operating rules.
  • The operating rules define certain behavioral rules for visitors. They do not affect obligations arising from binding legislation, good manners, or principles of courteous and decent behavior.
  • Obligations for visitors arising from generally binding laws, public morals, and standards of decent conduct remain unaffected.
  • Entry is permitted only to persons aged 18 or older. Guests must present a valid ID showing their date of birth and photo.
  • It is forbidden to bring weapons of any kind or substances dangerous to life or health into the premises.
  • It is forbidden to bring or use pyrotechnics on the premises.
  • It is forbidden to bring or consume drugs, own food, or drinks. Violation will result in expulsion.
  • Animals are not allowed on the premises.
  • The cloakroom is not intended for storing valuables. The operator is not responsible for the contents of pockets or luggage stored there.
  • The operator bears no responsibility for lost personal belongings not stored in the cloakroom. Guests are always responsible for their valuables.
  • The operator reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are inappropriately dressed (e.g. dirty, torn, or smelly clothing), intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or other substances, aggressive, or otherwise unfit.
  • Entry is not allowed in sportswear, workwear, or untidy clothing (e.g. camouflage, tracksuits, sweatpants).
  • The operator reserves the right to request inspection of women’s bags or purses if deemed necessary.
  • The operator reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who refuses to submit their bag or purse for inspection.
  • Any act of aggression is prohibited and the guest will be expelled. The operator reserves the right to permanently or temporarily ban anyone who repeatedly causes conflict.
  • All guests must follow the instructions of the floor manager. Failure to do so may result in expulsion.
  • In case of evacuation, guests must follow the instructions of security staff and the manager.
  • The operator strictly prohibits guests from entering non-public areas (e.g. staff facilities, behind the bar, storage rooms).
  • The operator reserves the right to expel any guest for inappropriate behavior or violation of any of these rules.
  • A CCTV system is installed on the premises.
  • By entering, the guest agrees to being photographed within the premises and to the possible use of these photos on the operator’s website.
  • The operator reserves the right to seek compensation for damage to property (glassware, porcelain, decorations, or other items). In case of intentional damage to high-value property, the guest is obliged to pay full compensation based on the extent of the damage.
  • A list of allergens is available on request from the staff.
  • According to the Act on Sales Records, the seller is required to issue a receipt and to register the sale with the tax authority online, or within 48 hours in case of a technical failure.
  • A CCTV system is installed on the premises.
  • The operator reserves the right to make changes to these operating rules.
